    The BSA has published a report - commissioned from Oxford Economics - setting out the economic contribution of the business services sector to the UK economy, at the national, regional, and constituency level. The sector is made up of five categories – FM, Business Process Outsourcing, IT and digital services, construction services and front-line outsourced public services which accurately reflect the business services sector.

  • BSA Responsible Cleaner Scheme

    The BSA has today published the ‘Responsible Cleaner Scheme’ (RCS). The RCS is for companies working in the contract cleaning sector. RCS members have come together to protect and promote the welfare and development of their employees; to make sure their experience and capabilities are recognised and developed; and to promote the professionalisation of the industry itself. To help achieve these goals RCS members have signed up to a series of commitments. The focus of the commitments is on valuing, recognising and rewarding the hard work and dedication of RCS members’ employees.
